Frank Stewart Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Frank Reid Stewart 66, of Giles passed away Tuesday, January 25, 2010 of a long illness at CAMC Memorial Hospital surrounded by his loved ones. The family would like to give a special thank you to Dr. Lewis and staff at CAMC, who cared for Frank. Born February 1, 1943, he was a son of the late Paul and Goldie Stewart of Giles, WV. Frank was a devoted Christian, husband and father. Waiting to greet Frank in heaven are his father and mother; brothers, Paul Richard Jr. and James Ray and also his first wife of 14 years, Josephine Stewart. Frank was survived by his devoted wife of 30 years Patti; brother, Virgil Stewart and his wife Betty of Boone County; son, Timothy Stewart and his wife Barbara of Hurricane; daughter, Tina Parsons and her husband Richard of South Charleston; son, James Stewart of Charleston; stepchildren, Darlene Hamblin of Florida, Bill Hamblin of Charleston, Cindy Yusten of Florida and Todd Gilson of Ohio; 15 grandchildren, six great grandchildren and three special nieces. Graveside service will be held at 11:00 am Friday January 29, 2010 at Montgomery Memorial Park Chapel, London with Pastor Benny Ross officiating. Burial will follow. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the service at the memorial park. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Bartlett-Chapman Funeral
