David Franklin Byers, 70 of Scott Depot passed away Monday November 25, 2019. He is survived by his wife Biddy Byers; daughter Ashlie Byers Henkel and her husband Josh of Nitro; sister-in-law, Fay McCallister of St. Albans; cousins Billy Justice, David Fragale and a host of other family. A memorial service will be held at 6pm Saturday December 7, 2019 at Chapman Funeral Home, Hurricane. Visitation will follow the service until 7pm.
