Richard Bailey, 17, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on November 25, 2021. Richard was an avid gamer. He loved to spend time with his friends and to travel on many adventures with his loved ones. He was set to join the US Army upon graduation from Ballard High School. Everyone will miss his witty sense of humor and unique personality. Richard is preceded in death by his Grandfathers Richard Thomas, Billy Wayne Bailey Sr. and Paul Lusk. Left behind to cherish his memory are his mother, Bobbi Jasper (David); father, William Bailey Jr (Allison); beloved siblings, Isabella Bailey, Sophia Bailey, and William Bailey III, Step Sister Lindsay Garrison; paternal grandmother Ellen Jack Bailey; maternal grandmother Maria Thomas and many more family and friends. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday December 18, 2021 at 2:00PM at St. Timothy in the Valley, 3434 Teays Valley Rd, Hurricane, WV 25526. A Memorial Celebration of Life will take place on Thursday, December 23, 2021 from 5:00-8:00pm at Arch L. Heady Funeral Home, 7410 Westport Road, Louisville, KY 40222.
